Senior/Staff Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +6 more countries.

📋 Description

• Develop the web interface for Air, encompassing team management, automation setup, and an overview of results.

• Define the design workflow for the automations sub-team and create review and handoff procedures with developers.

• Transform features from unclear briefs into delivered interfaces.

• Contribute to and sustain components within the shared Figma design system.

• Leverage AI and vibe-coding for accelerated prototyping when beneficial.

• Engage in cross-team demonstrations and quarterly planning, providing design insights for Air’s future trajectory.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in product design.

• Demonstrated examples of delivering impactful results for the business.

• Full ownership of features from the design phase to production.

• Capability to clarify priorities, outline scope, and execute projects across teams with minimal context.

• Active integration of AI tools within the design workflow.

• Experience in building or prototyping using Cursor, Claude, or similar tools.

• Expertise in Figma components, tokens/variables, and design systems.

• Proficiency in navigating existing UI kits and contributing new components.

• Experience with developer-centric products or technical tools (preferred).

• Familiarity with vibe-coding, design engineering, or code-level prototypes (preferred).

• Understanding of agentic or AI-native interface patterns (preferred).
