Senior/Staff Consultant, Research

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee various client-oriented research projects from initial scoping to final delivery

• Act as the main point of contact and trusted advisor for client stakeholders

• Cultivate and sustain consultative relationships with client teams

• Create methodologies for analyzing real-world healthcare data utilizing statistical methods, AI/ML, and generative AI

• Develop subject matter expertise in specific therapeutic areas or healthcare sectors

• Assist and empower clients and colleagues in utilizing Marmot and AI-native workflows

• Design and implement research studies leveraging real-world healthcare data

• Facilitate client discussions and working sessions, present findings, and adapt analyses based on feedback

• Simplify complex datasets into actionable insights for both technical and executive audiences

• Collaborate with product, data science, clinical, and sales teams

• Assess and trial AI tools to enhance research speed, quality, and client responsiveness

⛳️ Requirements

• PhD or equivalent advanced degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., epidemiology, biostatistics, health economics), or equivalent relevant experience

• At least 5 years of experience in healthcare research or analytics

• Preferred experience in client-facing consulting or industry environments

• Proven skills in managing client relationships

• Experience in conducting comprehensive RWE/HEOR studies

• Proficiency in descriptive and advanced analysis, including PSM, IPTW, and related causal inference techniques

• Practical experience with AI/LLM tools or a demonstrated ability to swiftly learn and adapt to new AI technologies

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• A strong history of leading and executing research projects from start to finish

• Familiarity with real-world healthcare data sources, economic modeling, healthcare industry trends, advanced statistical methods, and AI-enhanced analytics pipelines is a plus
