Senior/Specialist DevOps, Azure

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with software architects and development teams to outline infrastructure requirements and design platform solutions.

• Lead the design, implementation, and enhancement of CI/CD pipelines.

• Architect and manage Infrastructure as Code utilizing Terraform or CloudFormation.

• Conduct proofs of concept for new tools, technologies, and methodologies.

• Monitor and enhance system performance, reliability, and scalability.

• Ensure high availability across both production and development environments.

• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, deployment, and application challenges.

• Integrate security best practices into architectural and deployment processes.

• Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations.

• Mentor team members on advanced DevOps practices.

• Contribute to ongoing improvement and operational excellence.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fluency in English for daily communication with clients; resume must be submitted in English.

• Knowledge of best practices in utilizing AI for infrastructure activities.

• Extensive experience as a DevOps Engineer with a focus on platform architecture and scalable infrastructure solutions.

• Proficiency in building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or CircleCI.

• Strong scripting and automation capabilities with Python, Bash, or similar languages.

• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes, including production-level deployments.

• In-depth knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, particularly in infrastructure provisioning and management.

• Strong grasp of Infrastructure as Code principles and experience with Terraform or CloudFormation.

• Experience in conducting proofs of concept and evaluating new tools and technologies.

• Experience implementing security best practices in both cloud-based and on-premises environments.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.

• Relevant cloud or DevOps certifications, such as Azure Certified DevOps Engineer or CKA, are a plus.

• Previous experience in software development or Site Reliability Engineering is advantageous.

• Proven experience with Azure is advantageous.

• Experience in designing or contributing to platform-level architecture and infrastructure strategies is advantageous.
