This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Supervise and uphold the integrity and quality of software releases.
• Oversee and track CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments.
• Diagnose and resolve release-related issues.
• Record and enhance release processes and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with release schedules and deliverables.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate risks related to software releases.
• Update stakeholders on release status and progress.
• Conduct reviews for release readiness and confirm that all requirements are fulfilled.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployment of software products and updates.
• Maintain a continuous delivery pipeline.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in release management or a comparable role.
• Familiarity with the Salesforce release lifecycle and DevOps best practices.
• Experience in managing releases within an Agile framework.
• Comprehensive understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Proficient in Copado (Pipelines, User Stories, Back Promotions, Compliance Hub).
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Copado, Salesforce DX, Jenkins, GitLab, and CircleCI.
• Practical experience with GitHub, Jira, and Confluence.
• Familiarity with code quality tools like CodeScan and PMD.
• Exceptional organizational and communication abilities.
• Capability to work efficiently in a remote setting.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Copado Certifications (Fundamentals I/II, Developer, Administrator) are preferred.
• Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Platform App Builder, Administrator) are preferred.
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required.
• Standard business hours are Monday through Friday.
• Must possess reliable internet service that facilitates effective telecommuting.
