Senior/Principal Graphics Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Create high-performance C++ systems for the proprietary game engine, with a focus on real-time rendering, scalability, and performance.

• Conceive, implement, and sustain rendering features, essential engine components, tools, and graphics pipelines.

• Analyze and enhance GPU and CPU performance across various devices, especially mobile platforms.

• Produce clean, maintainable code accompanied by comprehensive documentation and in-code comments.

• Collaborate with engine team members, gameplay engineers, artists, and designers to provide exceptional gaming experiences across supported devices and platforms.

• Guide and mentor others, promote best practices, and remain updated on graphics and platform trends.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced C++ development expertise.

• Extensive knowledge of performance optimization, multithreading, and foundational engine systems.

• Experience in launching large-scale 3D games on multiple platforms.

• Familiarity with game engines and art/content workflows.

• Profound understanding of contemporary rendering pipelines and graphics APIs, including Vulkan and Metal.

• Skilled in using GPU profiling and debugging tools.

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in the gaming industry.

• Candidates must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.

• Availability to work core meeting hours from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific time.
