This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
β’ Configure, troubleshoot, and sustain NVIDIA/Mellanox Spectrum switches and ConnectX Network Interface Cards (NICs).
β’ Implement and fine-tune congestion control mechanisms for AI workloads, such as RoCEv2, Priority-based Flow Control (PFC), and Explicit Congestion Notification (ECN).
β’ Optimize network environments to achieve maximum throughput, reduced latency, and minimized Job Completion Time (JCT) through effective setup tuning.
β’ Conduct performance benchmarking and validation testing on AI-ready data center fabrics utilizing RDMA and the NVIDIA Collective Communication Library (NCCL).
β’ Employ AI agents and specialized tools to automate routine network tasks, carry out testing, and analyze network telemetry.
β’ Create and maintain technical documentation that encompasses network designs, configurations, and benchmarking outcomes.
β’ Collaborate as part of an Agile project team in a startup setting catering to a US-based client.
β’ Over 7 years of professional experience in network engineering.
β’ Ideally, more than 3 years concentrated on data center network design and architecture.
β’ Practical experience in configuring and troubleshooting BGP, EVPN/VXLAN, LACP, and ECMP.
β’ Profound understanding and practical experience with AI-centric data center designs, including Rail-Optimized Design (ROD) and Rail-Unified Design (RUD) topologies.
β’ Proven experience in configuring, managing, and troubleshooting NVIDIA/Mellanox Spectrum switches and ConnectX Network Interface Cards (NICs).
β’ In-depth knowledge of RoCEv2, Priority-based Flow Control (PFC), and Explicit Congestion Notification (ECN).
β’ Experience in tuning and optimizing network environments, including switch buffer tuning and Quality of Service (QoS) policies.
β’ Track record of conducting performance benchmarking and validation for AI-ready data center fabrics using RDMA and the NVIDIA Collective Communication Library (NCCL).
β’ Capability to utilize AI agents/tools for task automation, testing, and analysis.
β’ Strong skills in technical documentation and proficient communication in professional English.
β’ Professional-level certifications (CCNP/CCIE Enterprise/DC, JNCIP or equivalent) β preferred.
β’ Practical experience with network automation and validation frameworks (pyATS, NAPALM, Batfish, Nornir, NetBox) β preferred.
β’ Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins) and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts β preferred.
