Interview Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.

📋 Description

• Conduct technical interviews utilizing Karat's platform.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience while assessing core coding abilities and technical expertise.

• Offer insights on candidates' performance, coding style, communication skills, responses to knowledge questions, and coding methodologies.

• Work in collaboration with Karat to evaluate content, processes, and products.

• Foster inclusive hiring practices by reducing bias, enhancing hiring signals, and executing objective assessments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience as a Software Developer or Engineer.

• Strong proficiency in English communication (both written and spoken), demonstrating a high degree of professionalism and interpersonal effectiveness.

• Consistent access to a functioning webcam, microphone, and a reliable Internet connection.

• Prior experience in conducting technical interviews is preferred (e.g., covering data structures, algorithms).

• Resumes should be submitted in English.

• Candidates must reside in Austria.
