Senior IA Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Implement end-to-end solutions leveraging LLMs, autonomous agents, and multimodal capabilities involving voice, images, and text.

• Develop and connect robust integrations with existing REST APIs and enterprise systems.

• Execute Prompting, Tool Calling, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) methodologies.

• Design model evaluation mechanisms.

• Engage in fine-tuning, testing, pilot development, and production deployments.

• Implement observability, quality controls, and fallback strategies.

• Propose technical enhancements and timely identify risks.

• Maintain clear and disciplined documentation.

• Transform architectural designs into operational generative and multimodal AI solutions.

• Provide technical insight and influence daily decision-making within an agile and collaborative team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of proven software development experience.

• More than 2 years directly working with Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Generative AI solutions.

• Advanced programming experience in Python and building solutions with LLMs and model APIs.

• Hands-on experience with agent frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar.

• Knowledge of the Cloud ecosystem (Azure, AWS, or GCP).

• Familiarity with Docker, Git, and CI/CD practices.

• Experience integrating REST APIs and third-party services.

• Experience using Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Foundry.

• Background in multimodal solutions involving voice and images.

• Proven experience in fine-tuning and model evaluation (preferred).

• Knowledge of Langfuse, LangSmith, or similar tools (preferred).

• Experience with MCP, LiteLLM, or model gateway implementations (preferred).

• Experience developing integrations for WhatsApp, web chats, or other messaging platforms (preferred).
