Senior/Principal Golang Developer

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services using Golang.

• Construct and enhance distributed systems capable of processing trillions of prediction requests daily.

• Engage collaboratively with data scientists, malware analysts, researchers, and product managers.

• Enhance system scalability, reliability, latency, and cost-effectiveness.

• Develop, test, review, deploy, and maintain software across various environments.

• Ensure software quality by adhering to clean architecture and engineering best practices.

• Contribute to backlog prioritization and technical planning efforts.

• Deploy and support services within Kubernetes environments.

• Investigate fraudulent activities and devise innovative fraud prevention strategies.

• Foster engineering excellence within a collaborative, product-oriented team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive commercial experience in Golang and backend engineering.

• Strong foundation in Computer Science, including algorithms, data structures, concurrency, and system design.

• Demonstrated experience with high-load distributed systems.

• Proficiency in performance tuning, latency optimization, and memory management.

• Practical experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, and Helm Charts.

• Solid understanding of DevOps practices and cloud-native deployment techniques.

• Familiarity with SQL databases and large-scale data processing.

• Experience engaging with AI tools, LLMs, or agent-based systems.

• Product-focused mindset with the ability to align technical solutions to business objectives.

• Comprehensive experience across the entire software development lifecycle.

• Capability to design stable, maintainable, and scalable architectures.

• Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.

• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency or higher.

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.

• Familiarity with Apache Airflow is advantageous.

• Experience with Python is a plus.

• Familiarity with Snowflake is a plus.

• Background in the AdTech domain is a plus.

• Experience with C++ is a plus.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
