Senior Workday Consultant – Recruiting, Talent & Performance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Implement and configure Workday solutions for a global clientele.

• Design, set up, test, and roll out business requirements across various Workday HCM modules.

• Facilitate client working sessions to gather, comprehend, and analyze business requirements.

• Evaluate client needs and propose recommendations or alternative solutions.

• Counsel clients on best practices and suggest process enhancements.

• Lead, consult, execute, and prioritize tasks on medium- to high-complexity projects for multiple concurrent clients.

• Communicate Workday best practices and Kognitiv’s perspective to clients.

• Oversee project scope, quality, and timelines.

• Provide guidance, direction, coaching, and quality reviews for team members.

• Investigate issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.

• Contribute to the knowledge management repository and facilitate Workday knowledge-sharing sessions.

• Mentor and coach junior team members.

• Innovate and propose new methods to deploy Workday efficiently and effectively.

• Develop an intermediate understanding of Workday touchpoints, dependencies, and integrations.

• Achieve role-specific KPIs, including utilization, service-level agreements, and customer satisfaction metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in leading and deploying Workday implementations, supporting Workday Post Production / AMS Services, or as a Workday client.

• Profound knowledge of Workday Recruiting, Talent, Performance, and at least one additional Workday module.

• Capability to lead medium to large projects through the entire project lifecycle.

• Proficient in managing multiple parallel projects in both supporting and leadership roles.

• Ability to prioritize and organize work independently while adhering to timelines, deadlines, and objectives.

• Proven commitment to delivery excellence and client satisfaction.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong consulting abilities and demonstrated influence skills.

• Willingness and capability to mentor and/or manage other consultants.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to frequent changes.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are required.

• Ability to meet travel requirements of less than 5% annually.

• Must possess work authorization in the employing country without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
