Senior Webflow Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Develop responsive, production-ready Webflow sites based on detailed Figma designs.

• Construct scalable Webflow frameworks utilizing reusable components, variables, and organized class naming.

• Create and oversee CMS-driven websites with a focus on clean architecture.

• Craft refined interactions and animations utilizing Webflow, GSAP, and ScrollTrigger.

• Implement custom functionalities using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Integrate sites with forms, APIs, CRMs, analytics platforms, and other third-party services.

• Enhance websites for optimal performance, accessibility, SEO, and Core Web Vitals.

• Conduct quality assurance across various browsers, devices, breakpoints, CMS content, and interactions.

• Work collaboratively with designers, project managers, and clients throughout the development and launch phases.

• Take charge of technical execution while ensuring high standards of design quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of professional experience in Webflow development.

• Extensive experience in building production-ready, responsive Webflow websites from Figma designs.

• In-depth understanding of Webflow CMS, reusable components, variables, and scalable class naming conventions.

• Proficient knowledge of Finsweet Attributes, including CMS Filter, CMS Load, CMS Sort, CMS Combine, and advanced collection-list applications.

• Solid command of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Familiarity with Webflow Interactions, GSAP, and ScrollTrigger.

• Experience with APIs, forms, CRMs, analytics tools, and third-party integrations.

• Comprehensive understanding of website performance, accessibility, SEO, and Core Web Vitals.

• Strong attention to visual details, responsive behavior, and UX quality.

• Proven experience collaborating with designers, project managers, and clients.

• A robust portfolio showcasing Webflow projects.
