React/React-Native Developer – Part-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage in requirement analysis alongside the team.

• Implement new features and enhancement projects in the React Native application.

• Contribute to the development and improvements of the Next.js website.

• Convert comps and wireframes into actionable component execution and delivery plans.

• Assess task complexity for upcoming projects.

• Utilize Claude Code in daily development while critically reviewing AI-generated code for accuracy, performance, and maintainability.

• Sustain and improve the quality, organization, and automation of existing code.

• Identify and address performance issues.

• Mitigate technical debt.

• Document technical requirements and collaborate with other teams.

• Occasionally engage with native iOS code using Swift and Objective-C.

• Occasionally work with native Android code utilizing Kotlin and Java.

• Work on mobile functionality, analytics, build systems, and performance tuning as required.

• Collaborate with 3–4 other frontend developers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in JavaScript and modern component-based frameworks.

• Strong expertise in React Native and working knowledge of ReactJS for web applications.

• Proven experience in developing and debugging applications with React Native.

• Familiarity with npm/package management.

• Comfortable developing and maintaining production web features using React.

• Experience with Next.js, including routing, SSR/SSG, and performance optimization is highly desirable.

• Practical experience with Claude Code or similar coding tools like Cursor or Copilot.

• Capable of effectively directing AI coding tools, validating their outputs, and exercising independent judgment.

• Some experience with Android app development and related tools.

• Familiarity with the Google release process and Android Development Environment.

• Some experience with iOS app development and associated tools.

• Knowledge of the Apple release process and iOS Development Environment.

• Proficient in certificate management and renewals.

• Understanding of automated build systems such as Bitrise or Jenkins.

• Experience with UI development using CSS.

• Strong writing and communication skills for documenting technical requirements and coordinating with other teams.

• Experience with collaborative design tools like Figma or Sketch.

• Must have high-speed internet and a professional workspace suitable for clear video conferencing.

• Must be available to work in a U.S. time zone.
