Senior Webflow Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Develop, test, and launch fully responsive and accessible websites utilizing the Webflow platform.

• Convert UI/UX design wireframes and high-fidelity mockups from Figma or Adobe XD into functional, pixel-perfect Webflow pages.

• Design and oversee intricate Webflow CMS collections, ensuring that dynamic content is well-organized and easily updatable by non-technical team members.

• Create engaging, fluid animations and scroll effects using Webflow Interactions 2.0.

• Adhere to SEO best practices, achieve rapid page load times, and ensure compatibility across various browsers and devices.

• Perform regular website audits, fix bugs, and consistently enhance site architecture and overall performance.

• Act as a technical and design authority, ensuring that all projects meet exceptional standards of performance and visual appeal.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Webflow Developer with a strong, demonstrable portfolio of live Webflow sites.

• In-depth knowledge of the Webflow platform, including its Designer, CMS, and Interactions.

• Strong grasp of HTML5, CSS3, and foundational JavaScript.

• Experience working collaboratively with designers and utilizing handoff tools like Figma or Adobe XD.

• Familiarity with technical SEO essentials, web accessibility (WCAG) standards, and performance enhancement techniques.

• Keen attention to detail (pixel-perfect approach), excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capability to work independently.

• Understanding of standard Webflow frameworks and naming conventions, such as Finsweet's Client-First or the Relume Library.

• Experience with automation and integration tools such as Zapier, Make, or Wized.

• E-commerce experience, either natively within Webflow or through external integrations like Shopify.

• Availability to work during US Central Time Zone hours.

• Successful completion of employment verification and background checks, confirming job titles and employment dates with two previous employers.
