Senior Web Content Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee content governance for web specialists to ensure precision, consistency, and compliance with brand, SEO, and web best practices.

• Create landing pages and personalization elements that support digital marketing efforts.

• Manage content revisions and maintain uniformity across all markets.

• Prioritize web requests, establish urgency, and coordinate execution within the team.

• Collaborate with various departments to design mobile-first pages and assist with broader digital projects.

• Address CMS issues and resolve intricate display challenges.

• Document procedures and create workflows to facilitate cross-training for internal teams and vendors.

• Evaluate website performance and suggest strategies to enhance traffic flow and user experiences.

• Utilize clickstream data to improve the customer journey and drive traffic to shopping pages.

• Manage promotional updates and ensure timely execution across different markets.

• Submit creative briefs for optimized visuals across blogs, landing pages, and marketing campaigns.

• Identify opportunities for digital enhancements and recommend mobile-first strategies to enhance the customer experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, portfolio, and/or certificates in Web Design, Development, Programming, or a related field.

• 2–3 years of experience in mobile-first CMS management within CPG, DTC, B2C, or retail-oriented industries.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Capability to work independently and lead a team.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Basic knowledge of Adobe Suite.

• Intermediate understanding of SEO and eCommerce principles.

• Familiarity with web accessibility best practices.

• Strong copywriting skills and an advanced knowledge of HTML.

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across functions.
