This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
β’ Oversee intricate, large-scale automation initiatives from the initiation phase through customer acceptance and project closure.
β’ Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, vendor performance, stakeholder communications, and deliverables across multiple simultaneous projects.
β’ Create and sustain comprehensive project plans and timelines, which encompass milestones, resource allocation, budgets, and dependencies.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, roles, and resource requirements.
β’ Secure approval on established scope and manage subsequent changes through documented authorization and communication.
β’ Assist with project estimates during the sales process.
β’ Develop and oversee project budgets, update monthly cost projections, and review performance with the Finance department.
β’ Process and monitor change orders, track potential overruns, issue alerts, and suggest corrective measures.
β’ Maintain risk registers and issue trackers; facilitate reviews and execute mitigation and contingency strategies.
β’ Formulate quality plans and metrics, and initiate corrective actions as necessary.
β’ Document testing scenarios, review them with clients, and oversee testing until completion.
β’ Create volume ramp plans and coordinate readiness for the transition from prototype to full-scale production.
β’ Identify, assess, select, and manage vendors, including general contractors, riggers, installers, and conveyor suppliers.
β’ Foster relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring ongoing communication throughout the project lifecycle.
β’ Develop communication plans and governance structures, establish steering committees, lead weekly status meetings, produce weekly reports, and deliver monthly executive updates.
β’ Inspire and guide project teams while supporting Project Managers with scope, scheduling, resource modifications, risks, issues, and escalations.
β’ Confirm project completion and customer approval, organize final documentation, conduct lessons learned sessions, release resources, and transition projects to support.
β’ Enhance project management templates and processes while staying updated on robotics and supply chain methodologies.
β’ A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related discipline.
β’ A minimum of five years of project management experience, ideally within robotics or supply chain sectors.
β’ Proven track record of delivering complex projects from inception through to completion.
β’ Strong organizational and prioritization abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams.
β’ Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, including the ability to perform under pressure.
β’ Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project, JIRA, or Asana.
β’ Experience with Microsoft Power BI.
β’ Understanding of quality management, risk management, change control, and issue resolution practices.
β’ PMP or a similar project management certification is preferred.

β’ Approximately 50% travel required to engage with customers and assess installation progress.
