Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +9 more states.

📋 Description

• Lead and implement Communication System Projects, acting as the primary point of contact for designated projects.

• Ensure delivery of contractual obligations on time and within budget while prioritizing customer satisfaction.

• Utilize project management tools such as schedules, critical path analysis, budgets, change orders, risk assessments, and action-item logs.

• Evaluate intricate project challenges and formulate effective resolutions.

• Allocate resources effectively to achieve project goals, corporate financial targets, and maintain customer satisfaction.

• Engage directly with customer organizations and senior internal stakeholders.

• Conduct project reviews at various stages throughout the project lifecycle.

• Maintain the overall financial health of the assigned projects.

• Oversee large-scale projects or significant segments of complex initiatives.

• Supervise the development of comprehensive project plans.

• Establish, monitor, and audit project budgets, analyze discrepancies, and formulate action plans.

• Manage quality, cost, and time constraints of projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years of project/program management or related business experience, or 5+ years of relevant experience.

• Must be a U.S. citizen with the capacity to obtain necessary security clearance as mandated by government contracts.

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is essential.

• Sponsorship for an employer work permit is not available for this role.

• Experience in at least one of the following areas: Public Safety communications systems, Cellular infrastructure, Military communications, Civil construction, Logistics, Telecommunications, or IT Networks.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project).

• Knowledgeable about two-way radio and cellular infrastructure communications products, services, and systems.

• A self-motivated team player who can effectively work under general guidance toward achieving objectives.

• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• PMP certification is highly desired; PMP and/or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) are advantageous.

• PM Masters Certificate is a plus.
