Appraisal Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Input and verify new assignments while proactively overseeing projects, including cycle times.

• Keep comprehensive documentation and regularly update file statuses.

• Communicate project progress to clients and provide timely updates.

• Allocate, manage, and supervise field appraisal teams.

• Work collaboratively with the Quality Assurance team to guarantee a high-quality final product.

• Deliver outstanding customer service through phone and email, evaluate client needs, and offer suitable solutions.

• Maintain regular communication with field teams.

• Manage incoming calls and respond to emails promptly and professionally.

• Review appraisal reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to industry standards and regulations.

• Process invoices in line with contractual obligations and uphold proper documentation.

• Provide insights on operational challenges and inefficiencies to facilitate process enhancements.

• Assist with other duties as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or GED is mandatory.

• Experience in insurance claims is preferred.

• Familiarity with Xactimate and Xactanalysis is advantageous.

• Strong skills in organization, documentation, and communication are essential.

• Ability to remain composed, focused, and effective in a fast-paced environment.

• Highly detail-oriented with a dedication to accurate and thorough file documentation.

• Capability to collaborate and share job management duties within a team setting.

• A growth mindset with a readiness to propose improvements and encourage open communication.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, web browsers, and PDF tools, with the ability to swiftly learn internal systems.

• U.S. Person status is required: U.S. citizen or national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee in the United States.

• Access to information subject to U.S. ITAR export controls is necessary.
