This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee project planning and ensure the successful execution of Professional Development delivery initiatives across various functions.
• Create project timelines and production calendars aligned with the product roadmap and PI planning.
• Develop and uphold processes that ensure consistent programming operations.
• Manage information and disseminate meeting notes that include actionable items.
• Monitor incoming RFPs and assess new Professional Development requests for appropriate responses.
• Organize and distribute data to guide Professional Development priorities.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate effective communication, assign tasks, and ensure timely completion.
• Establish procedures for notification, documentation, and escalation regarding project successes and risks.
• Create innovative methods to delegate, track, and report on project progress.
• Foster a culture of growth, satisfaction, high performance, and positive relationships.
• Cultivate cross-departmental working relationships.
• Advocate for new initiatives and drive continuous improvement in business performance and project management.
• Familiarity with all Teaching Strategies solutions.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant project management experience.
• Proficiency in Asana or a comparable project management software.
• Demonstrated administrative and organizational capabilities.
• Proven project management skills with the ability to multitask on various projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to inspire a shared vision.
• Strong aptitude for converting chaotic information into actionable plans.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal.
• Capability to partner and communicate effectively across diverse business teams and levels.
• Competence in delegating tasks.
• Exceptional time management skills, punctuality, and strong prioritization abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Adaptable, committed, aware, and dedicated to driving the Teaching Strategies mission.
• Outstanding presentation skills, with the ability to create and deliver engaging presentations.
