Lead Senior Project Manager – Industrial Facility Construction

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Deliver consulting services for an aerospace industrial and logistics client account.

• Oversee a range of real estate projects from their inception to completion.

• Supervise planning, design, construction, occupancy, and project closeout.

• Create scope of work, determine resource needs, prepare cost estimates, budgets, schedules, milestones, quality controls, and identify risks.

• Define the resources required for project delivery.

• Conduct intricate requests for proposals, carry out bid evaluations, and recommend resources.

• Facilitate the development of project charters and integrated timelines.

• Ensure that functions stay on schedule and address or escalate issues as necessary.

• Organize regular project status meetings.

• Collaborate on solutions and guide project teams throughout implementation and completion.

• Enhance methods and contribute to the development of new products, processes, standards, and operational plans.

• Mentor others and exemplify CBRE RISE values.

• Persuade senior stakeholders and influence multidisciplinary teams.

• Comply with relevant SOX control responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must currently be authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future.

• A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, along with 8-10 years of relevant experience.

• In the absence of a degree, a combination of education and experience will be taken into account.

• LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designations are preferred.

• Experience in construction management within a multiuse I&L commercial facility is advantageous.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.

• Experience with MS Project, Kahua, or similar project management software is mandatory.

• Familiarity with Bluebeam is a plus.

• Possess an innovative mindset to develop methods that exceed current solutions.
