Senior Video/Animation Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Produce approximately 15-second video and animation materials for the launch of technology platforms and marketing efforts.

• Create demonstration videos and on-screen technology content for a significant conference launch scheduled for the end of September.

• Animate current UI/UX designs and Figma files to effectively display platform capabilities.

• Construct mock platforms and simulated experiences when live product interfaces are either unavailable or unsuitable.

• Convert scripts into visual narratives utilizing stock footage, screen recordings, animations, and platform snippets.

• Generate marketing-oriented video snippets that illustrate platform functionality.

• Collaborate with the team to grasp platform functionality and visually communicate it.

• Independently manage quick-turnaround, ad hoc projects.

• Keep editable source files for ongoing use and updates.

• Utilize Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and appropriate video/animation design tools.

• Provide assistance with other ad hoc video/animation design tasks as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Mid-to-senior-level experience as a Video, Motion, and/or Animation Designer.

• Solid experience in creating short-form videos, motion graphics, animations, and marketing-centric visual content.

• Strong proficiency in Figma is highly preferred.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other video/animation software.

• Experience in animating UI/UX designs, Figma files, mockups, or digital product interfaces.

• Capability to create editable video and animation files for ongoing collaboration and future modifications.

• Excellent visual storytelling abilities.

• Talent for translating scripts and product functionality into succinct video content.

• Capacity to work autonomously and manage quick-turnaround, ad hoc creative requests.

• Availability throughout September and the contract duration to assist with time-sensitive launch and conference deliverables.

• Experience with stock footage and assets, screen recordings, and digital product demonstrations.

• Comfort in creating video designs for technology platforms and collaborating with teams to comprehend product functionality.

• Legally authorized to live and work in Mexico without the need for employer sponsorship.
