Senior Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Develop brand identities, visual systems, websites, marketing campaigns, and launch experiences.

• Craft unique creative directions from initial exploration to fully developed systems.

• Take ownership of projects and workstreams from inception to delivery.

• Effectively manage tasks, anticipate subsequent steps, and ensure all details are thoroughly completed.

• Present work to clients and articulate creative decisions clearly.

• Thoughtfully respond to feedback and cultivate trust with founders and senior stakeholders.

• Collaborate with creative leadership, strategists, developers, project managers, and fellow designers.

• Provide insightful feedback and engage actively in critiques.

• Enhance the quality of the studio's output, creative processes, and presentations.

• Introduce new references, ideas, techniques, and perspectives to the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience as a designer, preferably within a reputable branding, design, or creative agency.

• Outstanding design skills and a refined aesthetic sense.

• Strong portfolio showcasing excellent typography, composition, visual systems, identity projects, and digital design.

• Solid conceptual thinking abilities and a knack for transforming ideas into cohesive visual systems.

• High level of ownership and dependability.

• Proficient in presenting work, articulating creative processes, receiving feedback, and engaging in professional creative discussions.

• Ability to fluidly switch between creative strategy and detailed execution.

• Ambitious, curious about design and culture, with a commitment to enhancing work quality.

• Must be located in the US; candidates from outside the US will not be considered.

• Must indicate if employment visa sponsorship is needed.

• Comfortable working late nights and weekends when necessary.
