This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Lead and enhance Valtech’s strategy practice throughout the Americas.

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior client executives, such as CMOs, CIOs, and other high-level stakeholders.

• Provide counsel to clients on matters including brand strategy, customer experience, data utilization, technology, AI, personalization, and growth initiatives.

• Create strategic viewpoints and align brand differentiation with data-driven customer engagement strategies.

• Advise on the influence of AI on content production, marketing operations, and customer experience ecosystems.

• Build and strengthen partnerships with clients.

• Shape, qualify, and prioritize high-value strategic pursuits.

• Direct pursuit strategies and assist in proposal and RFP development.

• Lead pursuit narratives through to final client presentations and formulate unique value propositions.

• Collaborate with commercial and pricing teams to define strategic positioning and commercial models.

• Mentor presenting teams and capture lessons learned from pursuits.

• Transform market and client insights into scalable service offerings.

• Define and enhance strategy, brand, data activation, personalization, and AI offerings.

• Represent Valtech at conferences, executive forums, analyst briefings, and client events.

• Develop intellectual property, research, and thought leadership content.

• Raise awareness of Valtech’s AI-native positioning and innovation capabilities.

• Build, lead, and cultivate a high-performing team of strategists across the Americas.

• Establish scalable operating models, tools, methodologies, and workflows.

• Partner with leaders in Creative, Data & AI, and Technology to deliver integrated client results.

• Implement AI-native methodologies across research, strategic development, pursuit support, and practice operations.

• Encourage collaboration, innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.


⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in strategy consulting, digital consulting, business transformation, or a similar advisory field.

• Demonstrated success in advising CMOs, marketing leaders, and executive stakeholders on business growth and transformation initiatives.

• Capability to engage credibly with CIOs and technology leaders on investments in technology and business results.

• Profound understanding of customer experience, brand strategy, data activation, personalization, and AI-driven transformation.

• Experience in leading complex, multidisciplinary pursuits from qualification through to deal closure.

• Strong history of building and scaling high-performing strategy or advisory teams.

• Experience in defining operating models, methodologies, and business practices for expanding consulting organizations.

• Proven ability to establish and scale AI-enabled or AI-native approaches within strategy and consulting environments.

• Exceptional executive communication, storytelling, and presentation abilities.

• Ability to navigate complex, matrixed organizations and influence stakeholders across various functions.

• For candidates based in Québec, fluency in English is essential.

• Experience with agile methodologies and consulting is a plus.

• An external market presence through speaking engagements, published thought leadership, analyst engagement, or industry participation is desirable.

• Experience in brand, marketing, data, and technology transformation initiatives is advantageous.

• Established relationships with strategic alliances or technology partners are beneficial.

• Experience in supporting global clients and large-scale transformation programs is advantageous.
