This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive revenue strategy across group, transient, meetings & events, and catering sectors.
• Promote sustainable revenue growth, enhance market share, and foster customer loyalty.
• Lead Property, Regional, and National Sales teams across all market segments.
• Design and establish sales organizational structures, processes, performance standards, and accountability systems.
• Guide Meetings & Events and Catering teams, ensuring accountability for revenue performance and execution.
• Drive integrated sales strategies across rooms, events, and catering services.
• Enhance conversion rates, event profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Cultivate relationships with key accounts, industry partners, and high-value clients.
• Accelerate new business development and increase the share of wallet from existing customers.
• Represent the company in customer interactions and industry forums.
• Direct the Loews Customer Advisory Board(s).
• Collaborate with marketing, branding, public relations, revenue strategy, distribution, customer engagement, commercial operations, property leadership, and operations teams.
• Support portfolio growth strategy, market expansion, and commercial readiness for new hotel openings and acquisitions.
• Oversee sales systems, tools, processes, pipeline management, reporting, and forecasting activities.
• Promote continuous improvement, including the development of AI process flows and solutions.
• Build, lead, and retain high-performing teams in sales, meetings & events, and catering.
• Establish performance metrics, development plans, and sales incentive programs.
• Collaborate with administrative staff, maintain regular attendance, attend required meetings and training, and perform other assigned duties.
• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• A minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in the hospitality sector or related commercial roles.
• Experience in a large, branded hospitality organization is essential.
• Familiarity with sales and event systems, platforms, and tools (e.g., Delphi) is required.
• Active participation in relevant industry organizations (e.g., MPI, AHLA, HSMAI) is preferred.
• Must be willing and able to travel as necessary based on business requirements.
