Senior Vice President, Integrated Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Lead the development and success of integrated marketing initiatives across key client accounts.

• Build, enhance, and manage Highwire’s integrated marketing operations, including services, best practices, capabilities, and team growth.

• Collaborate with the EVP of Integrated Solutions to create productized integrated solutions and scalable offerings.

• Establish operational structures, processes, and tools to facilitate collaboration, resource allocation, and delivery.

• Work alongside project management leadership to improve planning, execution, and workflow.

• Foster new business development by identifying opportunities, contributing to proposals, and crafting integrated solutions.

• Act as a senior strategic consultant to clients, aligning brand, communications, product marketing, and business goals.

• Lead collaboration efforts across strategy, creative, insights, analytics, public relations, social media, paid media, influencer marketing, and account management teams.

• Convert audience insights, research, cultural trends, and business objectives into effective strategies, campaigns, and communication programs.

• Collaborate with Creative and Strategy teams on brand narratives, creative projects, and marketing campaigns.

• Oversee operational performance, profitability, KPIs, OKRs, measurement frameworks, and reporting mechanisms.

• Recruit, mentor, and cultivate talent within Integrated Marketing and Project Management.

• Identify emerging channels, technologies, and marketing trends.

• Create case studies, award submissions, thought leadership pieces, and agency marketing materials.

⛳️ Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in integrated marketing, brand strategy, communications, or marketing leadership roles.

• Extensive experience in a mid-sized or large agency setting.

• Demonstrated track record of leading integrated marketing functions or practice areas within an agency.

• Proven experience in building capabilities, scaling teams, developing service offerings, and creating operating models.

• Background supporting enterprise, B2B, technology, or rapidly growing brands.

• Experience in crafting integrated strategies to address complex business challenges.

• Strong history of enhancing client relationships and growing accounts.

• Deep knowledge across brand strategy, creative, paid media, social media, influencer marketing, content creation, analytics, and communications.

• Experience managing cross-functional teams and executing complex, multi-channel campaigns with measurable business outcomes.

• Ability to develop scalable processes, enhance operational efficiency, manage budgets, and drive profitable growth.

• Outstanding executive presence, communication abilities, and capacity to influence clients, teams, and senior stakeholders.

• Experience in developing award-winning campaigns, thought leadership content, and agency marketing materials.
