Senior Vice President, Infrastructure Solution Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Engage in full-stack development using a range of web technologies, including Java, JavaScript, Angular.js, HTML, and CSS.

• Participate in a Scrum-based Agile development framework.

• Convert requirements, stories, and mock-ups into operational features alongside the implementation project team.

• Set up application UI and workflows.

• Create integration components like SSO and LDAP with various HR systems.

• Attend and actively engage in Scrum meetings.

• Assist in conducting user acceptance testing.

• Provide timely updates to management regarding assigned tasks.

• Contribute to support-related needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development.

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).

• Proficiency in JavaScript.

• Familiarity with ITIL practices.

• Experience with web technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Angular JS, Web Services, etc.).

• Background in a SaaS environment.

• Degree or equivalent, ideally in Computer Science or Information Technology.

• Demonstrated experience in technical consulting roles.

• Preferred: More than 7 years working on the ServiceNow platform.

• Preferred: ServiceNow Accreditations across all product lines.

• Preferred: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist for ITSM (CIS-ITSM).

• Preferred: Proven experience in another product line beyond ITSM.

• Preferred: Knowledge of LDAP, VPN, SSL, SAML/SSO, and related technologies.

• Preferred: Experience in implementing systems using Agile/Scrum (ITBM) methodology.

• Preferred: Strong written, interpersonal, and presentation communication skills.
