This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulate and implement the long-term strategy for Artemetrx.
• Discover avenues for growth, innovation, and market development.
• Assess new products, services, partnerships, and strategic investment opportunities.

• Define the strategic vision and roadmap for the Artemetrx platform.
• Align product investments with market demands and client priorities.

• Uphold a unique technology and expert advisory value proposition.
• Spearhead the commercial growth strategy.
• Collaborate with PSG leadership to boost market awareness, client acquisition, retention, and expansion.
• Support strategic client relationships and key growth prospects.
• Enhance market positioning and establish thought leadership.
• Take responsibility for revenue, profitability, and operational performance.
• Oversee business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Create scalable growth performance metrics and management frameworks.
• Champion operational excellence, efficiency, and execution.
• Build and lead a high-performing leadership team.
• Encourage accountability, innovation, collaboration, and a client-centric approach.
• Develop organizational capabilities to facilitate future growth.
• Attract, retain, and nurture exceptional talent.
• Position Artemetrx as a leading healthcare technology and insights platform.
• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• Over 15 years of progressive leadership experience is required.
• Extensive experience in leading healthcare technology, analytics, data, consulting, or technology-enabled services firms.
• Proven record of successfully scaling organizations and driving sustainable growth.
• Strong financial, operational, and business management expertise.
• Prior experience as a General Manager, Business Unit Leader, or in a similar P&L leadership role.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex business operations.
• Preferred: An MBA or an advanced degree related to healthcare.
• Preferred: Background in healthcare analytics, healthcare technology, PBM, specialty pharmacy, health plans, consulting, or similar industries.
• Preferred: Familiarity with SaaS and technology-enabled advisory commercialization models.
• Base salary range of $275,000–$325,000 per year.
