Senior Vendor Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Operate within a sponsor-dedicated framework, leveraging ICON’s extensive global expertise.

• Oversee all vendor-related components of international clinical trials.

• Plan and manage clinical trials, ensuring compliance with timelines, budget constraints, and quality benchmarks.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement clinical trial protocols and procedures.

• Establish and maintain relationships with trial investigators and stakeholders.

• Ensure that trials adhere to local, national, and international regulations and ethical standards.

• Make informed decisions regarding trial design, vendor selection, and risk management strategies.

• Review vendor-related sections of protocols during the development phase.

• Assist in the modification of vendor contracts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in medicine, science, or a related combination of education and experience.

• Must be available to commence work within 4-5 weeks.

• Proven ability to drive the clinical deliverables of a study effectively.

• Over 3 years of experience with strong knowledge of clinical operation processes and vendor management.

• Experience in user acceptance testing for eCOA and IRT is essential.

• Proficiency in vendor management, including outsourcing, contracting, and sourcing of clinical services.

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
