Senior UX/UI Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee UX design for intricate digital experiences, guiding projects from initial discovery and concept development to successful implementation.

• Convert user needs, research insights, business requirements, and technical considerations into effective experience strategies and design solutions.

• Create comprehensive end-to-end user journeys and flows, pinpointing friction points and opportunities for enhancing and streamlining the user experience.

• Collect and assess user requirements in collaboration with business and cross-functional teams.

• Design information architecture, process flows, sitemaps, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction designs.

• Collaborate with UX Research to integrate customer insights, user feedback, and usability findings into design choices.

• Develop, maintain, and implement reusable design patterns and components across various digital platforms.

• Ensure that experiences are optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile, while adhering to accessibility best practices.

• Work alongside Creative teams to enhance brand expression and visual design.

• Partner with IT developers and technology collaborators throughout the product lifecycle.

• Create UX documentation and design specifications for developers and stakeholders.

• Present design concepts and recommendations to internal teams and key stakeholders.

• Analyze digital analytics, journey trends, usability findings, and customer feedback for ongoing improvement.

• Engage in design reviews, providing UX guidance and mentorship.

• Conduct design and visual QA to ensure the final product aligns with the intended UX design.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in UX/UI or product design, focusing on complex digital products, websites, or services.

• A degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

• A portfolio showcasing professional UX design work across web and mobile platforms.

• A solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, interaction design, responsive design, and accessibility.

• Proven experience in translating complex customer and business challenges into straightforward, intuitive user experiences.

• Ability to create customer journeys, user flows, information architecture, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.

• Familiarity with design systems, reusable components, and established digital design patterns.

• Proficient working knowledge of modern design and prototyping tools, such as Figma.

• Experience leveraging research, analytics, and user feedback to guide design decisions.

• Background in collaborating with business and development teams throughout the product lifecycle.

• Outstanding written, verbal, and visual communication skills.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities while upholding a high standard of design quality.

• Willingness to accept feedback and design critique.

• Preferred: Experience working within an Agile or product management operating model, with a proven track record of successful collaboration across product, design, and technology teams.
