Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the design process from start to finish on ambitious projects, frequently collaborating directly with founders and product leaders to define what is developed.

• Collaborate with founders, product leaders, and various stakeholders to translate business objectives into customer experiences.

• Drive discovery and research through interaction design and execution that is ready for production.

• Balance user requirements, technical limitations, and business objectives effectively.

• Work alongside clients, project managers, and engineers to establish direction and deliver high-quality outcomes.

• Offer insights on craftsmanship and processes while remaining updated on emerging technologies and design trends.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience leading product design from strategy to production-ready execution, delivering work that resonates with customers and achieves business outcomes.

• Strong decision-making skills regarding processes, knowing when to delve deeply into research and when to expedite progress.

• Solid foundation in UX across the entire discovery and design process, including research, interaction design, user testing, and accessibility.

• Exceptional visual craftsmanship in layout, typography, iconography, color, and motion, with the ability to elevate work to a polished, production-ready standard.

• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities across written, visual, and verbal formats, with experience presenting directly to clients.

• Comfortable working closely with clients, project managers, and engineers, including managing expectations, navigating disagreements, and keeping the work aligned.

• Experience delivering results with startups or founding teams, adept at building from the ground up without established design frameworks or processes.

• Familiarity with working with US clients (experience with European clients is a plus).

• A portfolio is a mandatory component of your application and must be included in your submission.
