Product Designer – Builder

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +6 more countries.

📋 Description

• Transform raw challenges, concepts, and initiatives into workflows, prototypes, and deployed user interfaces for a consumer mobile application.

• Collaborate closely with the Product Manager.

• Take charge of initiatives from conception to launch and evaluate outcomes.

• Work directly with engineers and review builds prior to release.

• Conduct A/B tests, analyze results in Amplitude, and plan subsequent iterations.

• Facilitate user interviews in English and initiate quick surveys.

• Develop features using vibe-coding or no-code tools when expediency is required.

• Partner with the content team, product analyst, engineers, and quality assurance.

• Marketing banners and funnels are managed by a different team and are not part of this role.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in product design, with a minimum of 2 (preferably 3) years in consumer mobile applications.

• Strong proficiency in modern mobile UX and UI design.

• A portfolio showcasing mobile UX and UI expertise.

• Ability to take ownership and independently drive initiatives to completion.

• Product-centered thinking that emphasizes metrics and experimentation.

• Experience conducting user interviews.

• Proficiency in English at B2–C1 level and fluency in Russian.

• Clear and structured communication skills.

• Capacity to work at a fast pace and accept direct feedback positively.

• Passion for creating valuable products for users beyond just achieving numerical targets.

• Nice to have: an independently launched app or side project.

• Nice to have: skills in building or no-code development.

• Required to have own sole proprietorship.

• B2B contract with StellarTech's Cyprus entity.

• Probation period is 3 months.
