Senior Product Designer, Customer Lifecycle

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the B2C customer journey within the Tabby app.

• Craft a cohesive experience across consumer products to ensure Tabby feels unified.

• Design onboarding processes that convey product value and guide new customers.

• Develop the activation process for Tabby Card, Tabby Cash, and BNPL during the initial transaction.

• Create moments and communications that encourage repeat transactions.

• Shape the subscription experience and assist in the development of the Tabby+ model.

• Collaborate across product teams to ensure smooth transitions between products.

• Work with the Product Manager to identify issues and produce designs focused on both customer and business needs.

• Partner with UX Researchers to validate key assumptions.

• Collaborate with a UX Writer to clearly communicate product value.

• Engage with engineering throughout the delivery process and maintain production quality.

• Report directly to Yakov Zapivakhin.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of product design experience, especially in consumer products at scale.

• Strong systems thinking ability across multiple products in a single journey, including states, edge cases, and transitions.

• Capability to streamline fragmented, multi-product experiences into a single, cohesive product.

• Strong product thinking skills, balancing business objectives with customer needs.

• A portfolio that showcases end-to-end ownership, from problem identification to polished, production-ready UI.

• Experience collaborating with product managers, researchers, writers, and engineers in cross-functional teams.

• High standards of craftsmanship and attention to production quality.

• Ability to enhance workflow using AI tools.

• Nice to have: experience in fintech, consumer finance, subscriptions, or lifecycle management.

• Nice to have: experience designing across multiple products that need to feel unified.

• Nice to have: experience with growth mechanics such as initial transactions, habits, and returns.

• Nice to have: experience contributing to or working within a design system.
