Senior UX/UI Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Conduct user research, which includes interviews, usability testing, and data analysis.

• Map out user journeys, flows, and information architecture.

• Create wireframes, low- and high-fidelity prototypes, and final user interfaces.

• Develop and maintain design systems to ensure visual and experiential consistency across products.

• Collaborate within agile squads, engaging in backlog refinements, planning sessions, and alignment meetings with Product Owners and developers.

• Validate design hypotheses through testing and usage metrics.

• Work with the development team during implementation to ensure fidelity in delivery.

• Promote and share UX best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive (senior-level) experience in UX/UI Design, accompanied by a portfolio showcasing the complete process from problem identification to solution delivery.

• Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Figma.

• Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.

• Knowledgeable in creating and maintaining design systems.

• Strong understanding of usability principles, accessibility, and interaction design.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and experience working within squads.

• Ability to translate business requirements and user needs into effective design solutions.

• Excellent communication skills to justify design decisions using data and rationale.

• Willingness to travel as needed.

• Preferred: experience with B2B products, fintech, logistics, or payment platforms.
