📋 Description

• Design comprehensive content experiences that guide users through product journeys.

• Create messaging frameworks, voice guidelines, and content strategies that align with user requirements and business objectives.

• Define the voice and tone for new product experiences across various touchpoints.

• Oversee and enhance content within content management systems and product experience platforms.

• Work collaboratively with product managers, designers, researchers, engineers, and other stakeholders.

• Utilize user research, experimentation, analytics, and feedback to enhance content and user engagement.

• Establish and uphold content standards, governance models, and scalable content systems.

• Mentor colleagues and contribute to ongoing learning, creativity, and innovation within the team.

• Investigate and implement AI-driven tools and workflows to elevate content quality, efficiency, and user outcomes.

• Impact strategic decisions, product adoption, user engagement, self-service experiences, and the long-term success of products.

• Proven experience in creating UX content, content design systems, or product content strategies.

• A portfolio that demonstrates impactful content experiences and a user-centered approach.

• Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and adjust to shifting priorities.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Significant experience working with cross-functional product teams.

• Comprehensive knowledge of user-centered design principles, accessibility, and content best practices.

• Experience with content management systems and product guidance platforms.

• Ability to leverage data, research, and experimentation for informed content decisions.

• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

• Familiarity with AI tools, agents, and emerging technologies for content creation and workflow optimization.

• Experience in collaborative product delivery settings and modern project management methodologies.
