Senior UX Visual Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Transform initial concepts provided by subject matter experts and the product team into polished, high-fidelity designs.

• Elevate the visual standards across the platform through effective use of typography, color, layout, density, and meticulous visual craftsmanship.

• Develop and enhance the design system.

• Create data visualizations that render complex numbers easily comprehensible.

• Clearly present work to clients and executives.

• Engage in design critiques, both giving and receiving feedback.

• Collaborate closely with brand and marketing teams to maintain a cohesive visual identity.

• Design AI product experiences, including automated alerts and interfaces for natural-language customization.

• Craft accessible visualizations for incrementality and causal measurement.

• Establish consistent visual experiences across web applications, mobile platforms, email, and integrations.

• Design intricate, data-heavy interfaces for the core data platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in product design.

• Strong background in B2B SaaS and enterprise environments.

• An impressive portfolio showcasing expertise in typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.

• Proficient in designing complex, data-rich interfaces, including data visualization components.

• Experience in building or significantly influencing a design system.

• Ability to take a rough idea and transform it into a visually stunning product.

• Expert proficiency in Figma and related design tools.

• Familiarity with utilizing AI to streamline design processes and empower subject matter experts across the organization to create designs that meet specifications.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, including the capacity to offer and accept constructive critiques.
