This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +2 more countries.
• Create high-impact static graphics, engaging carousels, and captivating video content for both paid advertising and organic social media platforms.
• Utilize generative AI to enhance the efficiency of visual production at scale.
• Employ Magnific to transform static designs into animated video assets and improve resolution quality.
• Leverage Synthesia to produce text-to-video content for marketing and training materials.
• Oversee the creation of short-form videos from initial concept to final editing.
• Capture, edit, and enhance videos featuring the team, products, and events.
• Design and refresh brochures, one-pagers, and promotional materials for Admissions teams, events, and downloadable content on the website.
• Develop and sustain on-brand Canva presentation templates for Sales, Admissions, and Leadership teams.
• Keep brand assets, both internal and external, updated, well-organized, and easily accessible.
• Ensure that all visual outputs throughout the company adhere to brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the Web Designer and Performance Marketing Manager to ensure seamless connections between ad campaigns and landing pages.
• 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, multimedia, or performance marketing design.
• Practical experience with AI design workflows and tools including Adobe Firefly, Canva Magic Studio, Magnific, and Synthesia.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering to enhance design workflows.
• High proficiency in video editing software such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar.
• Comfortable with shooting basic photo and video content.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
• Advanced skills in Figma.
• Exceptional capabilities in creating Canva templates.
• Strong knowledge of designing attention-grabbing ads that drive conversion and user engagement.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with the Web Designer and Performance Marketing Manager.
• A positive, can-do attitude.
• A strong belief in the value of education.
• Eligibility for residence in Germany, Spain, or Austria as it pertains to the remote-work arrangement.
• Fully remote work environment available within Germany, Spain, or Austria.
• Opportunity to work up to 180 days outside of Germany, within Europe.
