Graphic Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Design, update, and prepare packaging cartons and retail materials that are ready for production.

• Create and maintain precise design files utilizing Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.

• Work with packaging layouts, typography, imagery, colors, and written content.

• Uphold and implement brand and design standards across various products and assets.

• Develop and support visualizations for both 2D and 3D products and packaging.

• Conduct image retouching and collaborate with external retouchers.

• Review and proofread design files prior to production.

• Ensure visual and color uniformity across product images, packaging, and retail materials.

• Oversee multiple projects, manage priorities, and meet tight deadlines.

• Coordinate with photography studios and external creative partners.

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams.

• Proactively identify and resolve design or production challenges.

• Support evolving creative workflows, including processes assisted by AI.

• Deliver precise, polished, and production-ready creative work punctually.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of professional graphic design experience.

• Strong background in packaging, consumer products, retail, print production, or similar fields is highly preferred.

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign.

• Extensive hands-on experience with InDesign for multi-page layouts and production files.

• Experience in preparing artwork for print or packaging production.

• Strong skills in image retouching.

• Capability to create high-quality 2D and 3D product or packaging renderings.

• Deep understanding of typography, layout, color consistency, and visual hierarchy.

• Exceptional attention to detail and proofreading abilities.

• Ability to work autonomously and manage several projects concurrently.

• Strong organizational, prioritization, and deadline-management capabilities.

• Professional English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

• Comfortable engaging in meetings and collaborating with English-speaking stakeholders.

• Must own a computer and equipment that meets professional graphic design standards.
