Graphic Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Bring the Iterative Health brand to life through visual design across digital, print, and marketing channels.

• Develop, restructure, and refine pitch decks and presentations in collaboration with executives and cross-functional leaders.

• Create branded assets for marketing, corporate communications, external materials, digital campaigns, email, social media, websites, and demand generation.

• Design presentations, sales collateral, one-pagers, infographics, and other materials that support commercial opportunities.

• Convert complex scientific, clinical, and operational information into easily understandable visual content.

• Craft graphics and visual storytelling assets for LinkedIn and other digital channels.

• Produce event materials including master branding, signage, programs, and podium presentations.

• Manage and enhance branded templates, creative assets, and design resources.

• Utilize design tools, templates, and emerging AI technologies to optimize production and scale creative output.

• Oversee multiple design projects from concept to final delivery, integrating feedback and adhering to deadlines.

• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, visual communications, brand design, or a related creative field.

• Strong portfolio showcasing visual design skills across digital marketing, presentations, brand collateral, and various creative formats.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.

• Excellent typography, layout, color, and visual storytelling abilities.

• Capability to translate complex information into clear, visually engaging content.

• Strong project management and organizational skills.

• Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities.

• Familiarity with AI-enabled design tools.

• Proactive and adaptable mindset with the ability to excel in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
