Senior UX Researcher

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with product teams to develop research strategies and prioritize learning goals.

• Carry out moderated user interviews and usability tests weekly or bi-weekly using UserTesting.com or comparable platforms.

• Interact with customer segments to validate ideas and identify user needs.

• Analyze and consolidate research results into actionable insights and recommendations.

• Provide regular research summaries and next-step suggestions to stakeholders.

• Offer guidance on research priorities across web, mobile, AI-driven, and retail systems.

• Assist other teams or projects as needed.

• Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure research aligns with business objectives.

• Share insights in knowledge management systems and promote team learning.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience through education and related work.

• A strong enthusiasm for understanding and assisting customers.

• Proficiency in qualitative and user-centered design research methods, including usability testing, ethnography, focus groups, and diary studies.

• Familiarity with UX research tools and software such as Usertesting.com, Medallia, Qualtrics, and Morae.

• Experience applying design thinking methodologies in research and product design.

• Understanding of quantitative research methods and statistical concepts.

• Minimum of 5 years of related work experience.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
