This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Designing, developing, and continuously refining AI workflows for UX and UI design.
• Planning, executing, and analyzing both qualitative and quantitative user research methodologies.
• Interpreting user research results for B2B and B2C initiatives and formulating specific actionable recommendations.
• Producing wireframes, user flows, and prototypes.
• Advancing, validating, and optimizing UX/UI concepts.
• (Re)designing digital products, tools, and software solutions.
• Developing and enhancing the design team’s expertise in AI.
• Educating and sharing insights on user research and AI-driven design techniques.
• Leading workshops for ideation, requirements gathering, and design conception.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and sharing best practices and innovative methods.
• Assessing new AI tools and methodologies.
• Creating reusable workflows, prompts, and best practices.
• Over 5 years of relevant professional experience in UX/UI design and UI implementation.
• Proven experience in project management and leading intricate projects.
• Proficient in German, both spoken and written.
• Strong experience with design tools, particularly Figma.
• Proficient in using ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini throughout the entire UX/UI process.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted coding (Vibe Coding).
• Evidence of implementing proprietary AI-supported tools or workflows.
• Solid frontend development skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Ideally experienced with React or similar frameworks.
• Experience in building and evolving design systems.
• Knowledgeable in interaction design and information architecture.
• Experienced in wireframing and prototyping.
• Up-to-date with usability and conversion best practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• A collaborative team player with empathy.
• Experience in the banking sector is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with and experience working within corporate environments is preferred.
