This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of tomedo.air, a platform-independent practice management system.
• Interact directly with customers through interviews and usability assessments.
• Evaluate the workflows of physicians and medical assistants, alongside processes, user requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Design intuitive interfaces for complex medical workflows rich in information.
• Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and final design outputs.
• Utilize Claude Code, Figma Make, and other AI tools for prototyping, research, and routine tasks.
• Create new AI-driven workflows as part of the team.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product Management to clarify challenges and formulate solutions.
• Incorporate the UX viewpoint into prioritization and product strategy.
• Serve as a sparring partner within the four-member UX team.
• A degree or equivalent qualification in UX, Communication Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a similar field.
• A minimum of seven years of experience in UX.
• Preferably, experience with products aimed at medical professionals.
• Proficiency in UI design, DesignOps, and the ongoing enhancement of design processes.
• Strong understanding of UX principles founded on theory and research.
• Experience with component-based design systems.
• Several years of experience in research and product discovery.
• Capability to extract insights from research and convert them into product decisions.
• At least one year of experience in developing your own AI workflows for prototyping, research, or routine tasks.
• While programming skills are not mandatory, comfort in working with code is expected.
• Excellent communication abilities, analytical reasoning, and a structured work approach.
• Capacity to maintain a comprehensive overview, make decisions, and provide guidance even when facing regulatory requirements, shifting priorities, and incomplete information.
• Fluent German language skills at a minimum C1 level.
