Senior UX Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Create designs that enhance clarity, speed, and task completion for both web and mobile applications.

• Develop the presentation of SafelyYou insights and alerts within partner systems like EHRs and eCall.

• Collaborate closely with engineering teams throughout the design process.

• Manage the entire design process: from discovery and flows to wireframes, prototypes, and specifications.

• Design straightforward, action-oriented interfaces for customer-facing staff and internal clinicians.

• Create alerts and notifications for applications and partner systems, ensuring clarity and urgency appropriate for care environments.

• Develop reporting views that transform data into actionable insights.

• Conduct usability research with caregivers and customers, in collaboration with the Customer Success and clinical teams.

• Establish UX patterns and maintain a shared Figma library across various teams.

• Define design priorities in partnership with product managers.

• Achieve measurable improvements in key workflows.

• Regularly perform usability testing with care staff.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must reside in the United States or Canada.

• Demonstrated experience as an embedded partner with engineering in B2B or enterprise products, avoiding agency-style handoffs.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in UX design.

• A portfolio showcasing web and mobile design work.

• Proficiency in Figma.

• A practical approach that emphasizes task clarity and efficiency for users who did not opt for technology.

• Familiarity with systems; coding skills are not necessary.

• Ability to prioritize tasks across multiple teams.

• Strongly preferred: experience in healthcare or regulated industries.

• Strongly preferred: background in analytics design.

• Strongly preferred: experience with alert systems in time-sensitive environments.
