Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Create core Viktor product interfaces for Slack, Microsoft Teams, web, desktop, and mobile applications.

• Design processes for onboarding, integrations, permissions, billing, collaboration, and administration.

• Establish visual standards through typography, color schemes, spacing, and layout.

• Transform ambiguous, high-stakes product challenges into clear interaction models.

• Collaborate directly with engineers for swift product delivery.

• Prototype user experiences tailored for AI integration.

• Enhance clarity, trust, and control in situations where AI behavior may be perplexing.

• Improve empty states, loading indicators, error messages, edge cases, text, spacing, and hierarchy.

• Elevate the aesthetic quality of user-facing experiences.

• Assist in defining UX patterns for delegating tasks, monitoring progress, correcting actions, understanding costs, trusting outcomes, and collaborating with AI teammates.

• Demonstrated strong product sensibility and the ability to articulate interaction quality.

• Outstanding visual design capabilities in typography, color, layout, and composition.

• Exceptional craftsmanship in interaction design and meticulous attention to detail.

• High degree of autonomy with the ability to address ambiguous challenges.

• Proficiency in swiftly transitioning from unclear problems to prototypes and finalized products.

• Systems thinking aptitude with the ability to devise reusable design patterns.

• Comfort in navigating ambiguity, especially within AI-focused products.

• Strong collaborative skills with engineers and awareness of technical limitations.

• A portfolio showcasing real product work.

• Experience with products where interaction quality, speed, and trust are paramount.

• Capability to design both optimal user experiences and edge cases.

• Experience or a keen interest in creating interaction patterns for AI-driven roles.

• Familiarity with prototyping tools like Cursor, Claude Code, Lovable, Replit, v0, or similar is a plus.

• Understanding the distinction between a refined Figma prototype and a functional product.
