Senior UX Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to grasp user needs and business objectives within the medical device industry.

• Convert intricate requirements into engaging and user-friendly designs.

• Design wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes utilizing tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD.

• Establish and uphold a reusable design system to ensure consistency across software products in the medical device sector.

• Offer UX solutions and insights to improve usability and enrich the overall user experience.

• Partner with product owners, developers, and stakeholders throughout the entire design process.

• Remain informed about industry trends, new technologies, and UX best practices in healthcare and medical device fields.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in UI/UX design, particularly focused on web-based information systems.

• Prior experience in designing software solutions for the medical device, healthcare, or life sciences sectors.

• Strong proficiency in user flows, wireframing, mockups, interactive prototyping, and responsive web design.

• Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Axure RP, InVision, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign.

• Experience in creating and managing design systems and UI component libraries.

• Thorough understanding of HTML, CSS, and SASS.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and teamwork abilities.

• Capability to work effectively within cross-functional and Agile teams.

• Experience in conducting usability testing and user research.

• Familiarity with accessibility standards and healthcare compliance regulations.

• Understanding of front-end development processes.

• Experience with complex enterprise or data-driven applications.
