Senior Utilization Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Drive the effective adoption, growth, and enhancement of Hugo™ RAS initiatives across designated customer accounts.

• Engage with stakeholders in robotic surgery programs to set program objectives, utilization metrics, and account development strategies, conducting regular business reviews to assess progress.

• Create training plans for surgeons, facilitate participation in Medtronic training initiatives, and assist in the transition from training to independent clinical practice.

• Design and execute training plans for operating room personnel and support teams to expedite skill development and the adoption of robotic-assisted surgical workflows.

• Aid in technology adoption by offering on-site clinical and operational guidance during the initial stages of program implementation and growth.

• Apply change management strategies to involve hospital stakeholders, promote organizational readiness, and ensure sustainable program success.

• Mentor hospital teams to encourage knowledge transfer, operational excellence, and long-term self-sufficiency in managing robotic surgery programs.

• Work collaboratively with Medtronic's commercial, clinical, technical, and service teams to guarantee effective system integration and the fulfillment of customer objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with over 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare, medical technology, clinical consulting, healthcare operations, surgical services, or a similar field; or an Advanced Degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience.

• Proficient in English.

• Must have legal authorization to work and currently reside in Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Israel, or Greece.

• Proven experience in operating room settings and familiarity with surgical procedures, hospital workflows, and engaging clinical stakeholders.

• Experience in leading customer-focused implementation, healthcare transformation, training, or utilization programs.

• Willingness and capability to travel extensively within the assigned territory, up to 75% of the time.

• Preferred qualifications include experience in robotic-assisted surgery, advanced surgical technologies, healthcare consulting, change management efforts, clinical education initiatives, or healthcare operational improvement projects.
