Senior Utility Compliance Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Lead and facilitate the implementation of the AssurX software platform in collaboration with AssurX business partners.

• Deliver consulting services to current customers to ensure effective utilization and adoption of solutions.

• Perform product installation, configuration, application tuning, and upgrades.

• Create and maintain system integrations, middleware, interfaces, and related documentation.

• Address complex challenges related to implementation, requirements, design, and business processes.

• Work with clients to comprehend their business needs and convert them into technical solutions.

• Ensure timely delivery of project tasks by adhering to deliverables and schedules.

• Provide ongoing system maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancements post-implementation.

• Collaborate as part of a core project team to fulfill project requirements and meet customer expectations.

• Travel to customer locations across the country, up to 20% per month based on project demands.

• Work remotely when not traveling.

• Engage in training programs to enhance expertise and stay current with the AssurX platform and related solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience supporting electric utility enterprise applications and system integrations.

• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture within the electric utility sector.

• Experience in building and executing process workflows.

• Familiarity with AssurX software solutions or similar GRC/QMS platforms such as SigmaFlow, Archer, VComply, or MasterControl is advantageous.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Proficient with Microsoft tools (MS 365, Teams, remote desktop, etc.).

• Experience in Windows and Windows Server system administration.

• Proficient in C# / .NET and PowerShell scripting.

• Knowledge of front-end web development: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JSON.

• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL.

• Familiarity with Azure Dev Ops (ADO) and GitHub.

• Experience with virtual machines (VMWare, Hyper-V, etc.).

• Proficient with various IDE and development tools (MS Visual Studio, VS Code, Chrome Developer Tools, SSMS, IIS, etc.).

• Experience with API and ETL.

• Knowledge of NERC CIP and asset compliance management.

• Understanding of cybersecurity best practices.

• Skills in Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
