This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Act as a subject matter expert on accreditation standards, requirements, and their interpretations.
β’ Offer consultation, guidance, and training to associates, leaders, clients, consultants, and other stakeholders.
β’ Assess organizational practices, processes, and controls in relation to applicable accreditation standards.
β’ Function as the primary liaison with accreditation organizations, consultants, and external stakeholders.
β’ Oversee the Navitus Quality Management Program, which includes quarterly meetings, documentation, and monitoring of performance metrics.
β’ Conduct accreditation audits and assessments, providing recommendations for corrective actions.
β’ Improve audit methodologies, quality processes, and performance measurement tools.
β’ Lead root cause analysis and the planning of corrective actions.
β’ Gather and analyze both quantitative and qualitative data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities.
β’ Create and maintain documentation, strategies, processes, and objectives that support accreditation.
β’ Direct accreditation surveys and reviews, managing preparation, coordination, facilitation, communication, and follow-up.
β’ Engage in client meetings and accreditation-related activities.
β’ Develop and uphold client-specific delegation agreements.
β’ Execute additional duties as assigned.
β’ A Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Quality Management, Business Administration, Public Health, Pharmacy, or a related field, or equivalent work experience, is required.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of experience in accreditation, compliance, quality management, or a related field is required.
β’ Familiarity with accreditation programs such as URAC, NCQA, or similar organizations is required.
β’ Proven experience in interpreting and applying accreditation standards, as well as leading accreditation readiness, survey preparation, audit, or compliance activities, is required.
β’ Participation in, adherence to, and support for compliance program objectives is necessary.
β’ The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees is essential.
β’ Availability to work Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM is required.
β’ Remote work is not available for residents of Alaska, Delaware, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Louisiana, Maine, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Vermont, West Virginia, and Wyoming.
