Senior UI Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the design manager and team to create wireframes and gather visual references that align with client objectives.

• Convert wireframes into polished, high-fidelity designs, focusing on the overarching narrative, key messages, and conversion opportunities.

• Visually enhance pages while adhering to brand standards.

• Design B2B landing pages that are centered around conversion.

• Create narrative-driven pages featuring motion and intricate 3D graphics.

• Work alongside visual and motion designers to animate and enliven pages.

• Select visuals and interactions that reinforce the website's narrative, messaging, and goals.

• Leverage AI workflows to enhance efficiency and broaden capabilities.

• Collaborate with the team to assess site performance and conversion rates, optimizing landing pages accordingly.

• Available for collaboration during Eastern Time business hours until 3:00 p.m. ET.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong UI design capabilities coupled with a solid foundation in UX principles, including system design, user flows, and structural elements.

• Knowledge of AI workflows and their role in enhancing design and agency operations.

• Basic UX writing skills for crafting microcopy and calls to action (CTAs).

• Proficient in Figma at an expert level.

• Familiarity with Webflow or Framer, or a solid understanding of design implementation and animation.

• Strategic mindset with the ability to articulate design choices effectively.

• Strong portfolio showcasing visual sensibility and an awareness of contemporary web design trends.

• Keen attention to detail regarding alignment, visual consistency, and overall polish.

• Experience in designing marketing and brand-driven websites.

• Proactive in advancing projects and identifying actionable next steps when encountering obstacles.

• Receptive to constructive feedback, taking ownership of work, and concentrating on solutions.

• Ability to articulate project details, roles, and learnings clearly is a plus.

• Naturally curious and enthusiastic about sharing trends, references, and innovative ideas.
