This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide support and administration for Cisco Webex Calling and Webex Contact Center platforms in a production environment.
• Oversee and maintain Voice Recording platforms, ensuring adherence to recording standards.
• Assist with Trading Turret systems (IPC Connexus) to facilitate voice communications on the trading floor.
• Cultivate relationships and manage technical coordination with Telecom Service Providers.
• Configure, assist, and troubleshoot SIP Trunking connections.
• Spearhead incident management for issues related to the Unified Communications platform, including triage, escalation, and resolution.
• Manage vendor escalation procedures for Cisco, telecom carriers, and other UC providers.
• Collaborate with business units and stakeholders to address UC service needs, modifications, and incidents.
• Provide support for Red Sky (E911) emergency calling services and ensure compliance with associated requirements.
• Assist with Microsoft Teams Meetings and other related collaboration services.
• Monitor the health of the UC platform using observability and logging tools such as Splunk.
• Administer and analyze Call Detail Records (CDR) for reporting, troubleshooting, and compliance purposes.
• Support planned engineering changes, maintenance windows, and critical deployments during weekends and off-hours.
• Improve documentation quality and promote knowledge-sharing practices within the team.
• Over 10 years of experience in Unified Communications engineering and support roles.
• Practical experience in administering the Cisco Webex Control Hub.
• In-depth knowledge of Webex Calling and Webex Contact Center architecture.
• Familiarity with voice recording functionalities and associated platforms.
• Understanding of network connectivity fundamentals relevant to UC services.
• Basic knowledge of network routing and bandwidth management principles.
• Experience with UC observability and monitoring methodologies.
• Proficient in using Splunk for UC platform monitoring.
• Experience in managing and analyzing Call Detail Records (CDR).
• Background in SIP Trunking and coordination with Telecom Service Providers.
• Familiarity with incident management and vendor escalation processes.
• Competence in using Copilot and other AI productivity tools is preferred.
• Experience with trading floor communication systems or turret systems (like IPC Connexus) is advantageous.
• Familiarity with E911 solutions (such as Red Sky) is an asset.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams Meetings and collaboration platforms.
• Relevant Cisco certifications, such as CCNP Collaboration or similar, are preferred.
