This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain, +1 more country.
• Provide support and administration for the Cisco Webex Calling and Webex Contact Center platforms in a production environment.
• Oversee and maintain Voice Recording platforms, ensuring compliance with recording standards.
• Assist in the functionality of Trading Turret systems (IPC Connexus) for voice communications on the trading floor.
• Handle technical coordination with Telecom Service Providers.
• Configure, support, and troubleshoot SIP Trunking connectivity issues.
• Lead incident management processes, including triage, escalation, and resolution of issues.
• Manage vendor escalation procedures for Cisco, telecom carriers, and other Unified Communications vendors.
• Collaborate with business units and stakeholders to address Unified Communications requirements, changes, and incidents.
• Provide support for Red Sky (E911) emergency calling services and ensure compliance.
• Assist with Microsoft Teams Meetings and collaboration services.
• Monitor the health of Unified Communications platforms using Splunk and various observability/logging tools.
• Manage and analyze Call Detail Records for reporting purposes, troubleshooting, and compliance adherence.
• Be available to work on weekends and during off-hours as necessary for maintenance windows and critical deployments.
• Enhance documentation quality and promote knowledge-sharing practices within the team.
• Over 10 years of experience in Unified Communications engineering and support roles.
• Practical experience with Cisco Webex Control Hub administration.
• In-depth knowledge of Webex Calling and Webex Contact Center architecture.
• Familiarity with voice recording functionalities and associated platforms.
• Understanding of network connectivity fundamentals as they relate to Unified Communications services.
• Basic knowledge of network routing and bandwidth management principles.
• Experience in UC observability and monitoring practices.
• Proficiency with Splunk logging for monitoring UC platforms.
• Experience in managing and analyzing Call Detail Records (CDR).
• Knowledge of SIP Trunking and coordination with Telecom Service Providers.
• Familiarity with incident management and vendor escalation processes.
• Ability to utilize Copilot and other AI productivity tools.
• Experience with trading floor communications and turret systems is advantageous.
• Familiarity with E911 solutions is a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams Meetings and collaboration platforms.
• Relevant Cisco certifications, such as CCNP Collaboration, are preferred.
