This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Construct and uphold automation, tools, and integrations that drive Jamf’s digital customer success initiatives.

• Create agentic workflows, in-app guidance, and connectors that integrate Snowflake, Salesforce, Gainsight, and Slack.

• Convert strategy and requirements into scoped, tested, and deployed technology.

• Oversee, troubleshoot, version, and enhance production digital-success tools.

• Implement targeting and personalization logic utilizing adoption, health, and usage signals.

• Employ AI-assisted development, agent and prompt engineering, version control, and MCP workflows.

• Assess AI-generated outputs for precision prior to customer delivery.

• Establish guardrails for automated customer-facing communications, including review and human approval mechanisms.

• Collaborate with the Customer Success Analytics Engineer and data teams regarding data, definitions, and pipelines.

• Document and package solutions for maintenance, reuse, and handoff.

• Review emerging AI tools, models, and platforms, and propose recommendations for adoption.

• Carry out additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in a technical build role such as software or automation engineering, solutions or integration engineering, analytics engineering, or a similar field.

• Practical experience in building and maintaining automation and integrations.

• Proficiency with APIs, data connectors, and scripting or low-code automation involving Snowflake, Salesforce, Gainsight, and Slack.

• Experience in translating defined requirements and priorities into functional, tested technology.

• Familiarity with AI-assisted development, agent or prompt engineering, or connector-based MCP workflows is preferred.

• Capability to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs.

• Comfort with version control systems like Git and modern software and data-stack practices.

• Basic understanding of customer success or customer engagement data and metrics is preferred.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, quantitative, or related field, or equivalent experience.

• Relevant certifications in development, automation, or data platforms are preferred.
